This song was inspired by someone who called me "friend" ... but I knew he was rebelling against God. He saw nothing wrong with the lifestyle he was choosing and he made fun of hell, but I could see that if he didn't turn around there would be no hope for him. Without Christ in our hearts we are in the greatest danger imaginable ... people all around us are dying without any hope of living again ... and they don't even realize what's going on. We must warn them of the consequences of sin ... we must show them the Truth ...
